Hi, I’m Cin of TheHeartistCin!

Hey there! I’m Cindy, a self-taught illustrator and surface designer based in NYC and the face behind The Heartist Cin (pronounced ‘The Artisan’) — a shop full of art and paper goods aimed at bringing you a heart full of joy that shines through to each of you and the people you want to connect with. Ever since I was a youngin’, I’ve loved making art in all forms and have always created to my heart’s desire (hence the name!). For years I’ve made personalized greeting cards for friends and family and it always made me happy to see their reaction.

When I’m not holding an (apple) pencil in my hand, my free time usually includes consuming copious amounts of bubble tea, binge-watching the classic sitcom, hula-hooping, and attempting to brainstorm better versions of silly puns.
